Twitter adds new 'React with Fleet' option to tweets

React with Fleet
Twitter users can finally share their tweets as Fleets. Techtsp has noticed a new option called ‘React with Fleet’ that allows Twitter users to share their tweets as ephemeral stories. Twitter is trying to be more like Instagram, which allows users to share posts and videos to their stories.

Twitter Fleets has been available to users for quite some time now. But up until now, there was no option to re-share tweets as Fleets, something the company has finally addressed, courtesy of ‘React with Fleet.’

How to use ‘React with Fleet’ option on Twitter

  1. Find the tweet you want to share as Fleet.
  2. Tab the retweet button.
  3. Tap the ‘React with Fleet’ option.
  4. Add some text if you want.
  5. Tap ‘Fleet.’

Interestingly, tweets added to Fleets also show the number of replies, retweets, and likes.

Twitter Fleets is the company’s answer to disappearing stories on social media and messaging apps such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
